The most important things to know about intuition…

Intuition is a free and natural resource. We are able to access it through our ability to connect with how we feel.

Everyone has Intuitive Capabilities. Everyone.

Knowing this opens us up to our Insights.

We are all intuitive beings and everyone is psychic. Hunches, gut instincts, dreams, a knowing sense about someone or something—these are examples of how psychic intuition shows up in our lives.

If we wish to grow our intuition, it is essential that we become aware of how our intuitive insights reach us.

The more energy we put into understanding this, the stronger we will become at interpreting the messages.

There is no such thing as a coincidence. That said, reading too much into something and wishing it to be true is not intuition in action. It is fear in action.

A helpful way to verify if something is actually a hunch or sign is to check in with your intuitive senses. If your gut jumps with flowing butterflies in response to this verification, you may be onto something! When a potential sign shows itself, run it through the old “follow your heart, trust your gut and use your head” assessment. Your instincts await notice. Notice them and do yourself proud.

What does it mean to follow your heart, trust your gut and use your head? If all three are in alignment, it’s like receiving a thumbs up, intuitively speaking!

We can electrify our world through the use of affirmations! Take a moment morning, noon and night to read your favorite affirmations!
