Terms of Use Agreement

The Intuitive Coach, LLC

Before you sign up, please read and agree to our Terms of Use Agreement. By clicking “Sign up,” you are agreeing to the terms as stated below.

By sending payment, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this agreement.

1. Service Provision and Responsibility

The services provided by The Intuitive Coach, LLC, and Jodi Livon (collectively referred to as “the Coach”) to you (“Client”) consist of information that the Coach receives through heightened intuitive perception. All services provided by the Coach are considered an art form and not a defined science.

2. Client Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for the use of the information provided by the Coach. The accuracy and adequacy of the information and data provided by the Client are critical to enabling the Coach to perform the services effectively. The Client bears full responsibility for their actions and any reliance on the information given by the Coach does not diminish that responsibility.

3. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

The services of the Coach are not designed or intended to substitute for professional business or legal advice or to serve as a replacement for the advice of mental health professionals. The information provided should not be used as a substitute for professional business, legal, or mental health advice, diagnosis, treatment, or judgment. The Client warrants that all decisions made are based entirely upon their own judgment.

4. Indemnification

Should the Client choose to use the information provided by the Coach, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Coach, along with its officers, agents, and employees, against all claims, costs, damages, expenses, and reasonable attorney fees arising directly or indirectly from any claims associated with such use.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Coach is not liable for any decisions made by the Client based on the information provided. The Client understands that the use of the information is at their own risk, and the Coach is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of the information.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which The Intuitive Coach, LLC, is based. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

7. Changes to Terms

The Intuitive Coach, LLC, reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes to the terms, and continued use of the services following any changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
