Finding Calm

Looking for a sense of calm?

Look no further than your own heart.

Your thoughts have power because the way you feel about them holds energy, lots and lots of energy.

It is the way you feel that possesses true definitive power. So how you feel about your thoughts is what makes a difference.

It’s all about the way you feel.

When you allow yourself to go in the direction of what feels right and good, you are on the right track.

There’s no need to identify with your thoughts or even attach to them.

Allow them to drift away and dial into something that feels good to think about.

Say something nice to yourself about yours such as …

Try this breathing technique!

-Gently close your eyes and listen to the sound of your breath as you slowly inhale and exhale three times through your nose.

-Feel the rise and fall of your belly as you breathe, and relax into the flow of air as it moves peacefully through you.

-Say your full name to yourself.

-As you inhale fully, bring to mind something you appreciate about the day.

-As you exhale feel your breath as it gently exits through your nose.

-Allow the feeling of appreciation to fill you up entirely.

-Inhale, filling your lungs completely.

-Now bring to mind something you appreciate about yourself.

-Allow your shoulders to drop as you exhale fully.

-Sit in appreciation of this moment.

-Inhale and exhale gently and fully through your nose.

-Experience the energy of appreciation and the happiness it brings.

-This creates and amplifies a sense of calm.

-Bonus…your intuition is now in the on position. Allow your insights to guide you deeper within and feel a sense of calm throughout your day.

Be discerning. Believe your feelings more than your thoughts and agree that what matters is what brings you peace.

When you know your worth you beam your beauty.

You are lovely and you are loved. Believe in your soul, your intuition and your connection with your Higher Power.
