Boundaries in a Bottle!

Let it go and let it grow YES

Autumn, full moons, Blue moons, Venice and Leo! Shadow work, boundary work, inner work. There’s a lot going on in the cosmos and there’s a lot going on within You!

When you have tons of fun or not-so-fun-stuff going on, who do you call? I love and trust my husband and dear friends but when it comes to feeling overstuffed I call my best friend.

My best friend is my intuition.

My intuition told me to breathe myself into my higher-knowing-soul-self and so I did!

Be inspired

Here’s how!

I was lead to do some inner-eye housecleaning…Meaning to clean up and tighten up my boundaries.

This is always a good idea…it strengthens intuitive signals and makes the language of my intuition sing.

Breathe!

Stand or sit with spine straight and legs and arms uncrossed. Gently close your eyes and listen to the sound of your breath as you slowly inhale and exhale nine times through your nose. Feel the rise of your belly as you take in another breath and relax into yourself as you exhale. As you inhale a ninth time envision a golden-white light moving up from the core of the earth through your feet and out from the top of your head. The golden-white light then encircles your body three times and floats back down to the core of the earth.

Who—Anyone who could use a quick boundary fix

What—Expeditiously clear the energy in and around you

When—When you wish to clear your mind or you feel like your boundaries are askew

Where—Any private or semi-private space

 

Next…

*Fill a small clean glass spray bottle with purified water. Add several drops of sage essential oil or salt (either sea salt or kosher salt).

*Imagine that you are surrounded by a white light.

*Stand in the middle of the room and spray the air above your head three times.

*Close your eyes and touch the tip of your middle finger to the top of your thumb. This is known as the Akash mudra, which helps activate positive thought and strengthens the intuitive voice. Keep your other fingers straight but relaxed.

*Say, “The brilliant light of my soul shines and I feel imbued with confidence, peace, and courage. I am filled with appreciation and am radiant with white light.”

You have now bounced yourself back into your intuitive-happy self! In my experience, using this grounding techniques is a beautiful way to start your day—or clear your energy and protect your body, mind, and spirit. Once you learn how to ground yourself the good will freely flow through you and anything else will fall away!
